Fairfax Station Bathroom Renovations
Reimaging Space to Create Two Extraordinary Bathrooms
The upstairs bathrooms were not functional for this family of five. The original design was focused on providing a massive primary bedroom rather than a functional, spa-like primary bathroom and a functional kids' bathroom.
Our first objective for this remodel was to transform the kids' bathroom. This required reallocating the sitting room in the primary bedroom for the kids' bath, which allowed us to strategically expand the kids' bathroom to create a private bath and shower.
The primary bathroom also took space from the expansive primary bedroom. Minor reconfigurations allowed for an L-shaped design that now resembles a luxurious spa-like retreat.
This renovation was a testament to the successful collaboration between the contractor and Joy Edwards Design. We carefully chose all the finishes, designed the new floor plan, procured all the products, and worked closely with the contractor to make sure no detail was missed. These two bathroom renovations resulted in a dramatic transformation that has significantly improved the family's lives.
