Our Full Service Design handles the Creative Design for furnishing and finish selections and creates floor plans, elevation drawings and 3D rendering for renovations and remodels. We work with any existing space in your home, including kitchens and bathrooms. We also collaborate with contractors and trades during Project Fulfillment to ensure the design plan comes to life.

Our goal is to understand your vision for your home and provide you with an amazing design experience from beginning to end. Partnering with you is the most important part of what we do.

Our design consultation provide experguidan so you can confidently make decisions.

We can either take a big picture approach and troubleshoot multiple rooms in your home or a more detailed approach and focus on one room.

For living spaces and bedrooms, we can address furniture layout problems, narrow down product selections, identify ways to style the space, where to hang artwork and more.

How long does a project take?

The project length depends on many factors, but the general timelines for each of our services are as follows:

Our Interior Design Consultation can easily be completed in 1 to 2 weeks. The most limiting factor is availability in scheduling the Discovery Call and Consultation.

Our Full Service Design is completed in different phases, with the project fulfillment being the most unpredictable due to its dependence on the availability of products, contractor and trade schedules, and more, but in general:

The Creative Design, which includes the design concept and selection of products, is typically completed in 4 weeks for smaller projects, 8 weeks for average projects and up to 12 weeks for entire home projects.

Project Fulfillment is based on contractor and trade availability, product availability, and the scope of the project.

Your input is a crucial component to the success of your project that is why all of our services have specific benchmarks where we gather information from you to ensure we align with your preferences.

Before the Discovery Call we ask you to send us photos of your space. This helps us better understand your goals and what you would like to do. Based on our discussion, we will ask you to send us inspiration photos and we might gather more details about your preferences to help us prepare more effectively for your consultation.

The consultation is a highly collaborative time of exchanging ideas and narrowing down the direction of your project.

The Project Direction Meeting is for our Full Service Design clients. We gain a deeper understanding of your preferences so we can create a design that is perfectly aligned with you.

The last opportunity to weigh in on the design is our Design Presentation Meeting. This meeting allows you to make any final changes before moving forward with Project Fulfillment and construction.

How do you communicate throughout the project?

We handle most of our communication by email and phone.

Throughout the project, you will receive updates every Monday on what was completed the previous week and what is on the schedule for the upcoming week.

We reach out to you by phone when things require immediate attention or we need to relay important information.

You can contact us during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We do not schedule meetings or correspond with clients, contractors or vendors on weekends. During the weekday, we respond to emails twice a day, ensuring a regular and consistent communication process.
