How long does a typical project take?

The project length depends on many factors, but the general timelines are:

Entry Level Design is typically completed in 1 to 2 weeks and is dependent on scheduling the consultation

The design development for our Mid Level Design is typically completed in 2 to 8 weeks and depends on the scope of work.

Our Full-Service Design is our most comprehensive service and typically lasts 6 to 12 months. The scope of work, contractor and product availability depend on each project.

How much does your design service cost?

How do you present your ideas?

We present our ideas through samples, floor plans, images, illustrations, and product boards featuring the products and designs we recommend.

We make two presentations throughout the design process. Our first presentation is our midway checkpoint to ensure everything is moving in the right direction. It allows us to ask clarifying questions and receive your input before making final decisions.

We then complete the design and present our final design presentation, highlighting everything we chose and why.

The final design presentation allows for one revision, if needed, before moving forward with procurement and project fulfillment.

How do you communicate throughout the project?

We handle most of our communication by email and phone. We also use a platform for collaboration, and communicate by text when necessary.

Our office hours are 9 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday. We respond to all emails twice a day during business hours, ensuring a regular and consistent communication process. We typically only contact you by phone when urgent matters require an immediate answer or we need to relay important information.

Do you welcome client involvement?

We believe your input is a key component to the success of the project.

During the Pre-Design Phase we ask for your input and listen to your vision for the space. We want to understand your likes and dislikes, your must-haves, and anything that would help us create the perfect design for you.

During the Conceptual Design and Design Development Phase, we seek your input when needed, but we allow our creative design skills to take precedence so that we can create the design you hired us to create.
