FULL SERVICE DESIGN

CREATIVE DESIGN & PROJECT FULFILLMENT

We know life is busy, and there are always more things to juggle than you have time for. Our premier Full Service Design is perfect for you when you don't have time to invest in your project or you simply want to leave it in the hands of a professional. We take the worry and stress off your shoulders so you can focus on work, life, and family.

Our Full Service Design handles Furnishings and Construction for any existing space in your home, including kitchens and bathrooms. We choose the perfect furnishings for your space or create floor plans and elevation drawings for a renovation and then manage the project during the Project Fulfillment stage.

Partnering with you is the most important part of what we do. We spend time understanding your vision for your home to create a beautiful interior and give you an amazing design experience.

MID LEVEL DESIGN

CREATIVE DESIGN & PROCUREMENT

This package focuses on furnishings and finishes to complete your space. We handle everything from the creative design concept to procurement of your products. This service does not include construction or a client reveal of staging of your space.

Our Furnishing Selections focus on finding those last few pieces to finish your space by choosing an area rug, window treatments, accessories and more. We then handle the procurement and delivery of those furnishings and, if needed, installation.

If you are planning a renovation, have a contractor and a plan for the renovation, but feel unsure about selecting the finishes needed for your project, then our Finish Selections is your go-to resource for your selections. We select cabinetry, hardware, fixtures, tile and more to help you pull everything together to create a beautiful, cohesive design.

ENTRY LEVEL DESIGN

DESIGN CONSULTATION

An excellent consultation is one that maximizes your time with a designer, answers your questions and gives you a plan to move forward. It should also be exactly what you need and nothing you don't. Our consultations highlight three specific needs that give you the greatest value for your investment.

The first is our Walk & Talk. We spend our time together discussing ways to improve the rooms in your home. This can be great for staging your house to sell or is a big picture approach to improving the spaces in your home.

Next is our Products & Finishes. We can focus on up to two rooms and collaborate together to narrow down the right size, color and style of furnishings and decor. We can also narrow down your finishes for a kitchen or bathroom renovation.

Our last offering is Space Planning & Construction. This is an opportunity for us to assess your space, take measurements and discuss the best layout options for your space.

How long does a project take?

The project length depends on many factors, but the general timelines for each of our services are as follows:

Our Entry Level Design can easily be completed in 1 to 2 weeks. The most limiting factor is availability in scheduling the Complementary Discovery Call and Consultation

Our Mid Level and Full Service Design are completed in different phases, with the project fulfillment being the most unpredictable due to its dependence on the availability of products and contractors, but in general:

The Creative Design, which includes the design concept and selection of products, is completed in 8 weeks

The Procurement of products can take anywhere from a few days to 6 months due to product availability and customization of furnishings

For Construction projects, the scope of work and contractor availability are the most limiting factors, which can range anywhere from a few weeks for small projects up to a year for entire home renovations and remodels

How much does your design service cost?

Our Entry Level Design is $650, which includes an analysis of your goals from a questionnaire we provide so we can map out an effective plan for our time together. We then provide a 90-minute working consultation where we collaborate with you, providing tools, insight and guidance, answering your questions and helping you create a clear vision for your project.

Our Mid Level Design includes an initial consultation of $375 to assess your space, understand your goals, discuss ideas for your project, and identify the scope of work. We then provide you with an estimate for our creative design and procurement of products, which typically ranges from $2100 to $10,000.

Our Full Service Design begins the same way as our Mid Level Design with the consultation, although the scope of work and designer services are much more involved since we handle your project from start to finish and work with contractors and vendors to ensure the design vision created is realized. Our Full Service Design starts at $15,000.

What interior design styles do you specialize in?

How do you present your ideas?

We present a combination of our ideas through samples, floor plans, images, illustrations, and product boards for all our services. The level of detail and product samples depends on the service you choose.

For our Mid Level and Full Service Design, we provide two presentations during the creative design process. Although the process is the same, the timeline is typically shorter for Mid Level services. Below is the schedule to complete our creative design for Full Service Designs.

After the consultation, our first presentation is our Project Direction Meeting, which is scheduled two weeks after the consultation. At this meeting, we will have samples, product boards and other tools to allow you to weigh in on the design concepts we've created. It allows us to ask clarifying questions and understand what you like and don't like before making final decisions.

After that meeting, we will have our Design Presentation Meeting six weeks later to present the final design, highlighting everything we chose and why.

Once the design is approved, we will move to Project Fulfillment, where we place and track orders and schedule a kickoff meeting with your contractor for more extensive renovation projects.

Do you welcome client involvement?

Your input is a crucial component to the success of your project that is why all of our services have specific benchmarks where we gather information from you to ensure we align with your preferences.

The first benchmark is after the Complementary Discovery Call. Based on our discussion, we send you a questionnaire to gather more details about your preferences, which helps us prepare more effectively for your consultation.

The second benchmark is the consultation. It is a highly collaborative time of exchanging ideas and narrowing down the direction of your project.

The third benchmark is the Project Direction Meeting for our Mid Level and Full Service clients. We get to a very granular level of understanding your preferences, allowing us to create a design that is perfectly aligned with you.

The fourth benchmark is the Design Presentation Meeting. This meeting allows you to make up to three changes to the design before moving forward with Project Fulfillment.

How do you communicate throughout the project?

We handle most of our communication by email and phone.

Throughout the project, you will receive updates every Monday on what was completed the previous week and what is on the schedule for the upcoming week.

We reach out to you by phone when things require immediate attention or we need to relay important information that is better communicated by phone.

You can contact us during office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We do not schedule meetings or correspond with clients, contractors or vendors on weekends. During the weekday, we respond to emails twice a day, ensuring a regular and consistent communication process.
