Our Mid Level Interior Design service was created to meet two very specific but different needs that clients have with product selections.

The first option is perfect for you if you have one or more rooms in your home that do not require a major renovation but need finishing touches of paint, wallpaper, and furnishing selections.

The second option is for you if you are planning a major renovation, remodel, or addition. We team up with you to select the finishes for your project, leaving you in control to hire and manage your own contractor and trades.

Our Mid Level Design takes the worry and stress off your shoulders to give you the finished look you want. We select the items to bring everything together in your space. We then give you what you need to make the purchases yourself, or if you prefer, we can manage the procurement for you. Either way, you will have the completed space you've always wanted.

Consultation assesses space and further defines scope of project
Designer clarifies style, needs & budget
Designer identifies project goals and design direction
Detailed project scope is provided after consultation for approval
Fee is based on scope of work and is billed at a flat rate
Service includes product selections with the option for procurement
Design development selects agreed upon furnishings and finishes to complete the space
Presentation of product selections with one round of revisions if needed
Shopping links for all approved product selections
Styling and/or product care guide for products chosen
