Located in downtown Arlington, the Leadership Institute's Department of Growth recently underwent a transformative renovation to create a workspace that is both professional and inspiring.

The design prioritized a traditional office layout, privacy, and effective soundproofing. Maximizing natural light was another key element, bringing a bright and uplifting atmosphere to the space. These carefully considered design choices reflect the Leadership Institute’s commitment to fostering a work environment that promotes productivity, comfort, and a sense of purpose.

TEAM COLLABORATION

MetroWall's VETRO Series, featuring wide stile doors and a custom dark bronze finish, delivered the perfect combination of acoustic performance and sophisticated aesthetics we were seeking.

Bjelin's Woodura flooring provided the ideal balance of quality, finish, and color, adding a touch of tradition to the space. The beautiful floors serve as a timeless foundation for the design.

The project was a true collaboration. John Recny of Helbing Lipp Recny Architects and Josh Lewis of Hammerhead Construction played pivotal roles in bringing our vision to life. Together, we meticulously refined every detail to ensure the final result exceeded our client's expectations.

Working with Heritage Signs and Displays was a seamless and enjoyable process. They took our designs and added their expertise to create signage that contributed to the project's success.
